Whyyyyy does this hotel have more than 1 star?! This hotel was thee worst place I've ever stayed at! It was and continues to be extremely dirty, unkempt, and all around terrible!

How is Cesar's Entertainment letting a property they own go like this? The carpet throughout the entire place is raggedy and extremely dirty.

Yes, the river is adjacent and sand gets tracked into the hotel but when the sand is popping up out of the carpet as you walk, its probably because they never vacuum!!

The elevators stay dirty! They rarely got swept and mopped while I was here, 3 days, because I saw the same stains in the elevators the whole trip.

The rooms are worse! We stayed in the "upgraded" South Tower, what upgrade? They clearly have new marble top counters in the bathroom but the shower floors are still the same old cringy ones.

Water does not drain properly, room was not wiped down, I could tell because we cleaned everything down and the amount of dirt was insane. There was a large visible clump of dead spiders and lint on the AC unit, beyond me why housekeeping didn't clean DO not stay here, it's disgusting and I'm extremely disappointed in Cesar's Entertainment for even allowing people to stay in this mess!
