Buses and taxis can be found beside the hotel for easy transportation. My other half and I stayed last weekend at the Banyan Tree Macau. After running around and seeing other hotels I'm a travel agent I think we were staying in the best Macau has to offer.

Wow, our room was massive with a long pool that ran the length of the lounge and bedroom. A therapy room with a massive spa tub and in the bathroom a great barral like japanese tub an A therapy room with a massive spa tub and in the bathroom a great barral like japanese tub and they even provide the bath salts filled daily to relax in the tubs.

The bed was comfy and the brekfast was great. The bathroom products are fab and they give you a great little bathroom bag. In terms of location, it's in the newer part of Macau, at the Galaxy Complex 10min from the airport, free shuttle avail.

The historic part of macau is over the bridge but they provide free shuttles to take you all over the islands and other hotels so easy to get around.

We found most people did not speak great english but the hoel staff are all fine and very easy to understand. They are also so attentive and friendly, thanks for making our stay fab.

I would recommned this hotel to anyone who can splash a little cash for a lux stay. Like I said, i am a travel agent and have had the privildge of staying at some of the best hotels in the world and Banyan Tree Macau makes my top 10 list.

I've stayed in several hotels in Macau from over several years as the prices have inflated rapidly , and even compared to the bigger, more famous hotels, Beverly Plaza offers great value.

It is now my go-to hotel whenever I go to Macau. The rooms are clean and have that Mediterranean maritime charm fitting to Macau's colonial history.

The staff are welcoming The staff are welcoming, accommodating, and helpful, the location is right near some of the top local attractions, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

We like the room, it clean and comfort. The bathroom also nice and well done designed. The location is not really good, it's not really near to the center of attaction, however booking a taxi in Macau is cheap as Macau is consider as a small city.

The receptionist and staff were helpful and understand english well. By far our best weekend stay in Macau. Hotel is located just at the outskirts of Cotai strip removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.

However the hotel provides a shuttle bus that ferries guests to the major tourist destinations and casinos.

Splendid combination of the excitement of Macau with the peace and quiet of the country side. The hotel staff was truly am The hotel staff was truly amazing with a warm service that radiates out of sincerity.

We had a great stay and would definitely be coming back again! We loved our stay here. The room looks so much bigger and better in person.

The value is so cheap compared to other hotels in Macau. Plus, the location is really near senado square and ruins of st paul.

The grand lisboa is also walkable about 10 mins walk. We rode the free bus from the airport to grand lisboa and walked to home of macau.

Its also a treat to see the back streets of macau. You could really see how they live there. Its also safe and clean!

We stayed with Happy Family Hotel for our overnight connection in Macau. The hotel was located in the center of downtown Macau, providing great value for money if some beds for the night are all one's looking for.

The rooms are tiny, which I believe is the norm for every other hotel in Macau, but apart from that one could hardly find any flaws with this hotel.

It is suitable and best choices for bagpacker. My personal share view about Macau is: Macau is a Chinese and Spanish culture city, especially old local building, historical building, Old Roman Catholic church, old Chinese temple, entry ticket is very cheap MOP 10 to see Panda in Macau City unlike in China the entry ticket is RMB and above, plus most of the tourism places in Macau city does not need entry ticket including museum.

Regarding gambling places, most of these places are free entry, beautiful and elegant designed, especially The Venetian is the best and worth to visit in evening 5PM.

Chinese people in Macau is very nice, helpful, and civilize, but if you are able to speak cantonese to them, they are even willingly and helpful to you.

Merely bus in Macau not really covenience sometimes although is cheap, easily get confuse, and taxi in Macau is espensive.

Macau City is a nice place to visit although its small. The location of the hotel was an amazing surprise to me. I had been looking for a good inexpensive hotel in Macau and i found one on agoda.

Even then I was sceptical of the price and where the hotel is located. Sometimes what is advertised is not what it really is.

However, it wasnt the case here. Getting to the hotel after 9pm and discovering how central the location o Getting to the hotel after 9pm and discovering how central the location of the hotel is a surprise to us.

Then upon checking into the room, we were pleased that the room was clean and newly decorated, on the 9th floor. It was great to have such a nice room after a day of travelling.

The locality of this hotel enables us to make it a focal point of our walks around the area. The hotel being in the central area, is always busy and it enables me and my partner to walk around in the wee hours of the morning, with no worries on when the last bus to the hotel is, as all is within walking distance.

The staff were also very helpful with directions and other information. It was a very very memorable trip to Macau and of the stay at Metropole Hotel.

Moreover, October 1st was my birthday, and being able to celebrate it for the 1st time in China in conjunction with its 60th anniversary, and being in Macau for the fireworks competition between Hunan and Austria on that same day, was a real treat for me.

We are planning our trip back to Macau and to this same hotel for !! The outlook of the hotel may not be as impressive as those of a five star hotel, but it still is quite presentable.

Most importantly is the clean spacious room and bathroom that the money brings you. If you are looking for a quiet, clean and homely place to spend a holiday in Macau with your beloved, you will like it here.

Most star hotels in Macau either operates casi Most star hotels in Macau either operates casinos that makes the lobby rowdy with gamblers or those not having casino may not have such a convenient location.

Shopping and most historial attractions are with walking distances. Lots of local food available nearby. Stayed here for one night in August.

Check in time is but I arrived about 9AM. They were fully booked for the previous night but was able to get a room ready for me in less than an hour.

Everyone there was very friendly. Breakfast was good, room service prompt. The hotel has a modern design. The rooms are comfortable and large.

The shower is spacious as well The shower is spacious as well. Highly recommend it. Perfect location! It was just a few minutes' walk away from the major tourist sites - Ruins of St.

Paul and Senado Square. From our hotel, we were also able to walk to Wynn Macau where we boarded the free shuttle going to Wynn Palace in Taipa.

They also have shuttles to the ferry terminals and airport. Information would be on their website. The Tomato Portuguese resta The Tomato Portuguese restaurant where we had our best meal in Macau was also just around the corner.

The double room is a bit old but it was clean and large enough for 2 people. It does not feel cramped at all - very spacious. If you prefer to have coffee first thing upon waking up, do bring some instant ones since they do not offer complimentary coffee.

Also, be ready for a MOP deposit and they will return this upon check-out. We stayed in the hotel just to sleep. Bed and bath room are clean.

Good AC. We were provided a free mobile wifi device. It's a good walking distance going to Ruins of St Paul Cathedral. We also just walked going to Wynn Macau for some of the shows, then rode the free shuttle going to Venetian and back to Fisherman's Wharf.

We took a cab going back to the hotel. Overall, I like the location and it's one of the most affordable hotels in Macau. The hotel could be accessed thru public transport system from the Macau ferry, strategically located.

Just a few walks is the Ponte 16, ruins of Saint Paul, and other attractions Macau has to offer. The hotel was brand new, just a few days away from its opening so you could still smell the varnish and paints, wifi still being installed, but not a big problem.

Food kios Food kiosks are just around the corner with few steps away from the hotel. Staff were cool and friendly.

Easy to catch buses at A-Ma temple to visit other popular locations. Macau City itself being small - location does not add to much of travel time.

We had an overnight stay only. We booked the 5 bed room. Priced at around USD If you have internet, google maps is your friend.

You can take the bus from the airport. If you like to live a little cheaper, we took the free Hotel Shuttlebus to Wynn Macau. The drop off is just in front of the President Hotel.

There is a bus stop a few steps away. You can ask someone You can ask someone where the bus stop for 10A or 3A. From there, we took the public bus 10A you can also take 3A.

There is free wifi in the bus. You can track where you are through your friend, Google Maps. Don't forget to press the stop button before you're desired stop learned that the hard way but Google Map was my friend, so it's okay.

So moving on to the review. If you prefer hotels with an elevator for convenience there is a hotel beside this one. This cheap hotel only has stairs.

You have to walk up the stairs before you get to the front desk. Good thing the rooms are only on that floor. Checking in was quick and easy.

Checking out was easy too. There's a key deposit of MOP. You can get it back after checking out. They allow leaving the luggage there after check out if you still wish to roam around Macau.

Bathroom was okay. Beds and comforts were clean. Overall it was a good place to crash. If i were to comeback, I'd try another place but if I couldn't find cheap accommodation-I'd book here again.

Metropark Hotel is a non-casino hotel in Macau where you can expect a good environment for better rest and relaxation.

The location of the hotel is within 20 minutes from Macau Ferry Terminal where it provide free shuttle bus service from the Terminal to Hotel.

Every 30 minutes once The reception are nice and friendly and the room are great with all features expec Every 30 minutes once The reception are nice and friendly and the room are great with all features expected are well equipped.

Cleanliness are good as well. There are free internet services in the lobby where you can search for surroundings happening places. Even the room is quite small which is normal for a budget hotel in Macau but it is very clean and pleasant to stay.

The staffs spoke a little English but helpful. The room is renovated in good condition with basic facilities which are enough for travellers who spend most of their time visiting the places of attractions rather than resting in the room.

Not the fanciest hotel in Macau but is definitely a worthy choice for the budget-conscious traveler. It is really near to the must-see places of the old city like Senado Square and the Ruins of St.

Paul, and has relatively good proximity to the more luxurious hotels and casino of Cotai. If my memory serves me right, around route buses stop near this hotel including If my memory serves me right, around route buses stop near this hotel including the bus MT4 that goes to the Venetian Macau Hotel should you wish to do the gondola ride, and the bus 26 that could take you to the airport.

Hotel is 2-minute walk to a pharmacy, convenience store and a noodle house so in case you got hungry in the middle of night, you can just go out and grab some food.

Hotel staff is really accommodating, can speak good English and is available 24 hours. Lastly, they have luggage storage so if in case your flight is still in the later part of the day, you can still enjoy the city without having to be inconvenienced of carrying your luggages around.

Holiday Inn Macau was referred to me by my friends who has a lot of nice words for Holiday Inn. I was so satisfied with my 3 days 2 nights accomodations.

The free shuttle was a plus points and I didn't have a hard time looking for the shuttle bacause of the color of the bus although the shuttle was quite small compared to the hotel giants.

It was situated near an ATM M It was situated near an ATM Machine for quick and emergency withdrawal, a convenience store for midnight snack.

Staff at the Lobby was very, very helpful and accomodating. In fact, I followed what the reception told me. The location to the main strip of the hotel giants was not so far.

You won't get lost as long as you follow the map. I would surely recommend this hotel to anyone who's on the look out for Budget friendly and a very helpful staff combined and to backpackers who would travel to Macau for the first time.

We had a great stay here, the hotel is new. It was very clean, good facilities and staff.
